Title Transfers

Fees:  $ 20.00 per Side, in addition to applicable State Fees and Sales Tax

We will need: 

1. Title/MSO to Home
2. Name, Address, Date of Birth, and Drivers Lisc. of Buyer(s)
3. Sale Price and Date
4. Lien Information if Applicable
5. Notarized Power of Attorney Signed by Buyer(s) (Print Downloadable Forms)

Most Transfers completed within 48 hours.

Decal Renewals

Fees:  $10.00 per Home, in addition to applicable state fees.]

We will need:

Copy of Registration or Current Decal Number

Title Searches

Frequently Mobile Home Park Owners acquire parks and homes and due to age of home, cannot locate correct owner or title information.  We have a complex database at our disposal that allows us to search 100’s of databases for this information.  We have a very high success rate at find this information.

Land Lord Tennant Acts/Abandoned Mobile Homes
