Mobile Home Dealers

For our Mobile Home Dealers we will Transfer Titles to your buyers, record Lien holders, Transfer or obtain Registration Decals, both regular and real property.   Most Title transfers are completed within 48 hours. 

Fees are  $ 15.00 per side.

Title/MSO

Copy of Purchase Order

Buyer(s) Name, Address, Date of Birth

Copy of Buyers Drivers License

Lien holder information

Notarized Power of Attorney from Buyer(s) (Click here for printed POA)

Real Property declarations

If your buyer is buying a land/ home combination he may be eligible for a permanent Real Property Decal.   In order to receive this decal he/she must declare his property as real property with his county property appraisers office prior to registration or titling.  We can assist your customer with this process.  Fees are:

Declaration of Real Property    $  50.00

Items needed:

Copy of the Deed of Trust, with legal description of property

Copy of the Title

Copy of the Buyers Order ( Bill of Sale)  (Settlement Statement)

Duplicate Titles

Replacement Titles.  Fees are:

$59.75 per side FLORIDA   

Other States prices vary by state pricing.

Retirement of Titles

Lien holders are starting to require that the mobile home titles that they are financing on a Land / Home package sales  be Retired.  We can also handle this for you. 

Fees are   $  75.00  per side  ( Fees include court recording costs)

Legal description of Property
